Investors in People

Accredited with the Investors in People Bronze standard, which is awarded to only 5% of Investors in People accredited organisations in the UK. TLT has been recognised as an Investor in People since 1996, acknowledging the firm's success in four areas; its commitment and focussed strategy for growth based on client needs', effective firm management, motivation of employees and a positive contribution to the local community (2014). 

LC.N Training & Recruitment Awards

These awards recognise the best recruiters and trainers among law firms, based on a large survey of over 2,500 trainee and newly qualified solicitors. Shortlisted for 'best recruiter' (2011).

The Lawyer Workplace and Diversity Awards

The awards recognise firms with outstanding records in retaining and rewarding their talent and are judged by a panel of experts within the field of HR.

Legal Cheek survey

Junior solicitors ranked TLT's trainee programme one of the best for quality of work according to website Legal Cheek, which surveyed 1500 trainees and junior solicitors at the 60 leading law firms in England & Wales.

Legal Week Employee Satisfaction Report

The legal publication's annual report is compiled from an independent survey of over 5,200 qualified non-partner solicitors at 70 of the top 100 UK law firms, as well as assistants and associates at the largest international law firms headquartered in London. Ranked 2nd overall in the survey in terms of meeting its employees' needs and ranked first in the 'career and development' category (2012).

Sunday Times' Best Companies to Work For'

The national newspaper's annual survey of leading companies is complied from research into employee engagement and satisfaction. It recognises organisations that invest in the wellbeing and motivation of their employees. Named a 'first class' employer by Best Companies Limited, the company which carries out the research for The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies list (2011).
