We devote a significant amount of energy to supporting charities, social enterprises and community groups that our people are passionate about.

One of the ways we do this is by running a charity challenge each year in each of our offices, with a target of raising money for a staff-nominated charity. Each participant identifies personal development opportunities and progress is monitored by a 'Dragon's Den' style panel consisting of partners from around the firm.

Participants identify roles (Chair, Treasury, Marketing etc) and prepare a business plan to pitch to the panel. A calendar of events is created and the participants are mentored as they organise, promote and run fundraising events throughout the year, ranging from firm-wide dress down days and cake sales to sport-based team challenges.

Staff in each of our offices vote for a charity to support each year. 

Fundraising activities that TLT staff have been involved in include the Tour de TLT cycling challenge, abseils, Three Peaks and mountain challenges, cake bakes, bowling, Santa runs, quiz nights, raffles pamper evenings and more.
