Our Learning and Development is instrumental to your well-being and career progression.  Everyone at TLT makes a difference.

Examples of our training programmes include:

  • An Induction:  a comprehensive introduction to TLT, its strategic aims and values, and to the people you’ll be working with
  • Soft skills development for everyone: includes time management, handling conflict and building effective relationships.
  • TLT's Business Development Programme: for solicitors with at least two years PQE.
  • Trainee Solicitors Programme: enhances legal, technical, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Management and Leadership Programme: focuses on emotional intelligence, managing people and coaching.
  • TLT's Associates Programme: this won 'Best Learning Programme' at the 2010 European Managing Partner Forum awards and was a finalist for 'Best Education and Training Initiative' at the 2010 Legal Week Awards.

TLT’s value is recognised by Investors in People (IIP). Only 5% of IIP accredited organisations in the UK gain a Bronze Standard, and we are delighted to be in receipt of such an accolade.
